BB333 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the BB333 platform, including the website at bb333.plus and the BB333 mobile application. By accessing or using any part of the BB333 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

BB333 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the BB333 platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are written in English for Pakistani players. If there is any ambiguity, the English version of these terms takes precedence. BB333 operates as an online gaming platform offering Casino, Bingo, Fish Games, Sports Betting, Live Casino and related services.

References to "BB333", "we", "us" or "our" mean the operator of bb333.plus. References to "you" or "player" mean any individual who registers an account or accesses the BB333 platform.

You must meet all of the following eligibility requirements to register and maintain an account on BB333:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BB333 is strictly an adult platform and does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual person on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on BB333 or have had a BB333 account previously suspended or terminated for a breach of these terms.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to use online gaming services.

BB333 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restriction or closure. This is a standard practice to protect both players and the platform.

By registering on BB333, you confirm that you satisfy all of the eligibility criteria listed above and that you will continue to do so throughout the duration of your account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on BB333. If BB333 identifies that a player holds multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with any other person. BB333 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials private.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact BB333 customer support immediately. We will take prompt action to secure your account and investigate the matter.

Your account details — including name, contact information and payment method details — must be accurate and kept up to date. You can update your account information through the account settings section. BB333 may verify any changes you make before they take effect.

• Accounts are for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes.
• Automated betting systems, bots or scripts are strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or exploit technical errors constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

All transactions on BB333 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no intermediate currency involved and no exchange rate applied on BB333's side.

BB333 currently supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits, typically processed within minutes
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits, typically processed within minutes
• Raast – instant interbank transfer via Pakistan's national payment infrastructure
• Bank Transfer – direct transfer from any major Pakistani bank account
• Debit and Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard accepted

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account before you confirm any transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

Deposits are made from funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through legitimate means. BB333 does not accept deposits from third parties. The payment account used for deposit must be in your name.

BB333 reserves the right to refuse a deposit or to request additional verification before crediting funds to an account. This may occur where a transaction looks unusual or where a player's account requires further identity confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. This helps BB333 maintain payment consistency and comply with standard financial practice.

Before a withdrawal is processed, BB333 may require identity verification. This includes confirming your name, address and the ownership of the payment account you are withdrawing to. Providing accurate information during registration speeds up this process significantly.

Standard withdrawal processing times on BB333 are as follows:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa: typically within a few hours of approval
• Raast: typically same day or next business day
• Bank Transfer: typically one to three business days depending on the receiving bank

VIP account holders benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing. If you are in a higher VIP tier, your withdrawal request is moved to the front of the queue during normal processing hours.

BB333 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above a certain threshold. Any fees applicable to a withdrawal will be shown clearly before you confirm the request.

Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding bonus wagering requirement that has not been met. The wagering requirement and your current progress are visible in the bonus section of your account dashboard.

BB333 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free spins, free bingo tickets and VIP rewards. Each individual promotion carries its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer in the Promotions section.

The following general bonus rules apply to all BB333 promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through multiple accounts — constitutes fraud.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• BB333 reserves the right to cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets with the intent to exploit the bonus rather than for genuine gaming activity, coordinated multi-account use, or providing false information.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.

For PSL season promotions and other Cricket-specific offers, additional conditions may apply. Read the individual promotion terms in the BB333 Promotions section before opting in to any offer.

BB333 may modify, suspend or withdraw any ongoing promotion with reasonable notice posted on the platform. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any bonus already credited and actively being wagered will remain subject to the original terms at the time of the offer.

All bets and wagers placed on BB333 are final once confirmed. BB333 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed, except in cases where a demonstrable technical error has occurred on the platform's side.

Game outcomes on BB333 are determined by certified random number generation systems or by live dealer results in the case of Live Casino games. BB333 does not manipulate game outcomes and all results are independently generated.

For sports betting, the following rules apply:

• Odds are displayed before you place a bet. By confirming a wager, you accept the odds shown at the time of placement.
• In-play betting markets may close at any point during an event without prior notice.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed or declared void, bets will be settled according to BB333's void event policy which is available in the help section.
• Cricket matches — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board.

BB333 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match fixing, manipulation, collusion or any other form of irregular activity. Any winnings derived from such bets will be forfeited and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation.

Maximum win limits per bet or per day may apply depending on your account tier and the game or market in question. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or betting section before you place a wager.

BB333 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income or covering financial obligations.

BB333 provides the following self-management tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR cap on how much you can deposit into your BB333 account.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of play to remind you how long you have been active.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the BB333 platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in or deposit.
• Reality checks: Periodic prompts during gameplay that show you how long your current session has been and your net result for the session.

By registering on BB333 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You also consent to BB333 contacting you in relation to your account, transaction activity and, where you have opted in, promotional offers.

BB333 does not sell personal data to unrelated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and fraud prevention systems as necessary to operate the platform securely. All third-party data processors used by BB333 are required to handle your data securely and only for the purpose for which it was shared.

You have the right to request access to the personal data BB333 holds about you, and to request correction of any inaccurate information. Contact support to make a data access or correction request.

BB333 reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification
• Holding multiple accounts on the BB333 platform
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other financial crime
• Use of automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the platform
• Abusive behaviour directed at BB333 staff or other players
• Suspected match fixing, collusion or manipulation of game outcomes

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, BB333 will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of these terms, any bonus balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real money balances that were deposited in good faith and are not connected to the breach will be returned to the player through the payment method on file, following completion of any required verification.

Players may also choose to close their own account at any time by contacting BB333 customer support. Self-closure requests are processed within one business day.

BB333 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or factors outside BB333's control — such as internet outages or payment processor downtime — may occasionally affect platform availability.

BB333 will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings resulting from platform downtime or technical errors, except where directly caused by BB333's own negligence
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure
• Delays in payment processing caused by a player's bank, JazzCash, Easypaisa or other third-party payment provider
• Any decisions made by a player during gameplay, including bets placed or games played
• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind

Where BB333 makes a technical error that results in an incorrect game outcome or an erroneous credit to a player's account, BB333 reserves the right to correct the error and adjust the account balance accordingly, even if funds have already been wagered or withdrawn based on the incorrect amount.

Nothing in these terms limits BB333's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

BB333 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, BB333 will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification, and will post the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date.

If you continue to use the BB333 platform after changes to these terms have been posted, you are considered to have accepted the updated version. If you do not agree with an updated version of these terms, you should stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
